iFly Gliders – Online Store Legal Policies

These policies apply to all products sold through the iFly Gliders online store.

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

iFly Gliders ships products worldwide through its production and logistics partners.

  • Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and shipping carrier.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, force majeure, or third-party carriers are beyond the responsibility of iFly Gliders.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Paragliding equipment is technical and safety-critical by nature.

  • Used, flown, deployed, installed, or test-flown wings, reserve parachutes, and harnesses are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Unused products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that:

    • The product is unused and uninstalled

    • The product is in original condition and packaging

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by iFly Gliders. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

3. Warranty Policy

iFly Gliders products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against material and production defects, starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or pilot error

  • Exposure to salt water, excessive UV radiation, or improper storage

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or part replacements

Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and relevant photos or technical inspection reports.

4. Safety & Liability Disclaimer

Paragliding and acro flying are inherently dangerous sports.

By purchasing and using iFly Gliders products, the customer acknowledges that:

  • They are properly trained, qualified, and certified to use the equipment

  • The equipment will be used strictly within its certification limits and according to the user manual

  • iFly Gliders shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or fatalities resulting from improper use, extreme conditions, or pilot error

The customer accepts full responsibility for all risks associated with free flight activities.

5. Pre-Order Policy

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.

  • Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and may change due to production or testing processes.

  • Customers placing pre-orders acknowledge and accept potential delays.

  • Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before shipment.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within **14 business days
